Dr. Rothman is a Colorado native who grew up nearby in Littleton, CO. She attended college at Colorado State University for undergraduate school, and received her degree in veterinary medicine from Oregon State University.
She was happy to return to Colorado after vet school, and completed a one year rotating internship in small animal emergency and specialty medicine at Alameda East Veterinary Hospital.
She then worked for a few years in the Denver area as an emergency veterinarian, as well as with a non-profit general practice clinic before joining the team at Caring Hands in 2014.
In her free time Dr. Rothman enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, running, hiking, camping, and playing tennis. Her animal family members include terriers Bernie, Otis and Wesley.
