A Home Away From Home
We understand that it can be stressful to leave your pet when you go out of town – especially if they are ill, or when they are recovering from a procedure or surgery. At Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital & Hospitality Center, we want to help put your mind at ease.
We offer daycare, overnight boarding and medical boarding services for pets with conditions that standard pet boarding centers may not be equipped to accommodate.
From our spacious canine suites, to our sea-side kitty condos, our Thornton pet boarding facilities offer comfortable accommodations for guests of any size.
Each boarding suite is furnished with comfortable bedding and is kept clean and sanitary to ensure our guest’s health and comfort. We are proud to offer high-quality boarding services for pet from Thornton and across the Denver CO area.
When your pooch takes part in our daycare program they will be treated to a day filled with exercise, play, positive social interactions with other dogs, and loads of love and attention from our daycare staff.
A Typical Pet Boarding Day
Dog Boarding
Our canine boarding guests enjoy 3 mandatory off-leash exercise sessions daily, including a late-evening romp to ensure a good night’s rest.
Our sociable canine guests are also welcome to join our daycare playgroups for a minimal fee.
Your dog will also have supervision throughout their entire stay with us – during off-leash exercise and while they rest. In the evening, dinner is served, and then we have one last walk before bedtime.
Cat Boarding
Your cat will be fed according to your specifications and their requirements, to ensure their routine is the same as it is at home.
We provide daily one-on-one interaction with kitties (if they want it!) including play, snuggles, and pets. Litter boxes are checked, cleaned and disinfected periodically throughout the day.
Additionally, we refresh linens and clean your kitty's room daily. Our cat boarding area is separated from the dog area to ensure your kitty feels relaxed and safe while they stay with us.
Medical Boarding
Your pet will be supervised by our expert veterinarians in the course of their stay with us. We are fully equipped to ensure our guest’s medical requirements are met.
Oral medications will be administered at no charge. Injections or ear-administered medications will be administered by one of our veterinarians or technicians for a nominal fee.
Your pet will be supervised by our expert veterinarians and nurses, who will also watch over your pet closely.
We will endeavor to administer your pet's medications on the same schedule they are used to at home to ensure the most comfortable possible stay with us.
