We LOVE this vet office. ALL doctors are great and really care for your pet. We have been coming here for 3 years now and will not EVER change. Our 13yr old sheltie gets accupuncture once a week (only 2nd time) and she loves it. She is starting to act like a new dog. I'm so happy for the staff there. They know us when we walk in the door and call us by name. It's so nice to have someone like that taking care of our 4-legged babies.
They truly care about the animals and the owners and it shows in the top quality, professional, meticulous services they provide. I have 2 special needs cats that are living very happy, normal lives because of the attention and care given by the Caring Hands staff. They are truly amazing.
Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital is the best ! They take such care of our four-legged family members. They are thoughful and caring and make us feel like we are at home.
The folks at Caring Hands are profesional, caring, friendly and informative! We have been clients for years. Our pets are always treated like "Rock Stars"! Our dog has boarded in their 5 star facility and loved it. We use their grooming facility monthly and it too is superb. It goes without saying that the vets are absolutely top notch as well!! I have recommended Caring Hands to all my friends and family and will continue to do so
They became our new vets when we moved to the area. Dr. Brett Rhoads' vision of what an animal hospital should be...has become a reality....the new building is spacious and beautiful. The canine kids go bonkers once a week to head off to daycare! Do yourselves a favor and ask for a tour of the facility. (they have cutting-edge medical facilities also-e.g.-digital x-rays,etc.) The staff is hard to beat; professional AND entertaining! We love 'em. jja
My wife and I drive 3 and a half hours to take our pets to this hospital. We pass a lot of other Veterinarians just to see the best! Amazing facility, amazing service, and amazing care.
Noelle 2/10/2009 Hi Yelpers! I found the BEST VET IN THE WORLD! Don't tell anyone or else she will get too busy for me! I know it says Denver but its really more North Thornton. Anyway, she is Dr. Stacey Jones at Caring Hands. She is the most compassionate vet I have ever met and is so thorough. She WANTS to spend the time and talk about your pet not give you a 5 minute rush job. My dog Calvin will be 16 in April thanks to her. I moved here in May and Calvin had a tumor above his eye and I was so scared to put him out for the surgery which was very risky because of the nerves around the eye. Dr. Jones specializes in anesthesia and is a great surgeon. She is about 35 and really researches her stuff! Calvin also has a little arthritis and was very fat even though I feed him Authority LIGHT. I was concerned he was in pain. I really thought his days were numbered (maybe weeks) when I moved here last May. He is thriving and will be 16 on the 16th of April! She said he was still so happy and wasn't going to let arthritis get him down because he loves me so much. She prescribed tramidol three times a day and meloxicam in the morning and the next day I had a new dog! He was running and obviously pain free! She also did a thyroid test which no other vet even suspected. His t-4 levels were very low and that's why he was so fat! He has lost 10 lbs. in 9 months and all we are doing is giving him thyroid medicine! No diet change at all. I don't want to be selfish and keep him alive just for me and she said she will let me know when its time. Who knew a couple of pills was all he needed?! Calvin even likes going there! Remember its a secret, don't tell anyone!

Don Jenn, Keegan Tundra and Sierra 11/21/2008 “CHVH is the best of the best. We have had our dogs treated by Dr. Rhoades for about 4 tears and have been treated like royalty... The staff is so caring and kind. We had to take our dog to an emergency clinic and his staff followed up the very next day to see how he was doing and if we needed anything from them. The Drs always take the time to visit with us not only about our "kids" but also about the rest of our family. They are truely interested in the animals they treat and not their bottom line. Many people in my neightborhood travel a good distance to have their animals treated by Dr Rhoades and his staff. I have referred many people to the CHVH and everyone who has gone there has been extremely satisfied with their services. I would like to point out that around Christmas time CHVH brings Santa so that people can come and have their pets pictures taken with him, how many other vet hospitals do that!!!! At Caring Hands they really do care.”

We have followed Dr. Rhoades from a couple of different locations and feel very, very fortunate and have peace of mind that he is Cubby and Maddie's doctor. 4 years ago, he even made a house call when we needed our other 2 dogs (Harley & Miller) put down. Katjames9183 06/23/2006 “A Diamond in the Rough: Pet ownership definetly has its perks, but when you reach the point where you have to say good-bye to a friend that you have had for 21 years it is hard. Dr. Rhoades and the entire Caring Hands staff made our hardest decision a lot easier because we knew that we were in a place that was exactly what the name says-Caring Hands. Even though we came to CHVH for a sad event, they now see all our animals. It amazes me that they have thousands of patients and the staff gives each one such personal attention. They are incredibely professional and personable, and even if they are seeing an emergency they still take the time with you and your pets that you deserve. It is always more like seeing friends than doctors. I trust in the staff 100%. It is so rare to find a clinic with such outstanding doctors, technicians, and receptionists. They are truly a team and a well-oiled machine. They all care about the animals and not the money. I will always come to Caring Hands and I will refer al my freinds and family to them because they take care of my "kids" and us.”

Adammordka 06/21/2006“Great Vet Hospital!!!: We've been taking our 2 dogs to Caring Hands for the last 2 years. No matter when we stop by or come in the staff is happy to see us. We know that they'll always make good decisions when it comes to taking care of our pets. Their interest is in our pets, not their bottom line...there have been times where they've suggested NOT getting a procedure done because they felt that it didn't need to be done at that point in time. They recommended coming back at a later date when our dog REALLY needed it done. That saved us time and money and definitely showed us where their focus is...on the animals. We've seen most of the Doctors there and they all are very kind, trustworthy and genuinely concerned about us and our pets!”
